Keto Biscuits


INGREDIENTS:

1 (8-oz) block cream cheese

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

4 eggs

4 Tbsp baking powder

1-1/3 cups almond flour

2 Tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Preheat oven to 400F

-Spray a 12 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray then Set aside

-Melt the cream cheese and mozarella chese together in a saucepan on low

-Stir until smooth and remove from heat

-Combine the melted cheese, eggs, 4 Tbsp baking powder and almond flour, In a large bowl and mix until smooth.

-Let stand for 10-20 minutes.

-Scoop dough and place in skillet using a large cookie scoop.

-Place skillet in refrigerator for 10 minutes

-Remove skillet from refrigerator and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown

-Brush cooked biscuits with melted butter and serve.
