Bleached White Flour
Cassava Starch/Flour

Oat Flour

NOTE: If any of these items are in parentheses or in the less than 1-2% section there could be a minimal blood sugar response. It could be considered for a person who is in maintenance mode or practicing a more relaxed version of the keto lifestyle in moderation as these ingredients can still be inflammatory.  If you are in weight loss mode...
